Emails will be sent to people who fit the targeting criteria you discuss with us. We have access to a database of over 120 million email addresses and 750 targeting parameters. Email recipients have opted into the email platform to be part of the database through things like accepting cookies or entering their information into surveys, contests, and purchases. The emails will be sent to the same email addresses within the pool every time, unless someone unsubscribes or opts out at any point in the campaign.
For individual email sends, we typically wait about 3 to 5 days to analyze performance since people may still be going through their emails before then. For campaigns as a whole, we can expect to see more results as more emails are sent and people have been exposed to your brand more.
